Harvest Flavours was created by me Judy Bidstrup in 2008 after spending 14 years in the Milawa gourmet region of North East Victoria. Working in both hospitality and a cottage food industry for that period led me to become very passionate about the local produce I worked with and other wonderful flavours from this great country of ours. Creating Harvest Flavours gives me the opportunity to share my discoveries of the very best of Australian products.
